AHP is equipped with cGMP compliant manufacturing facility having 3000 Kg raw material
processing capacity, equipped with various combination of extractors and percolators,
modern and efficient distillation system, reaction vessels, SS 316 reactors, ultra
modern technology in filtration and separation and various dryers to handle wide
range of products. All the processing equipments, contact as well as non-contact
parts, used in the facility are made up of SS 316. This rules out the possibility
of harmful contaminants in the product. The entire manufacturing process is supervised
and monitored by the team of highly experienced professionals of the industry to
ensure the consistent quality product within the managed time schedule.

In addition to these we also have other essential utilities like DG sets, vacuum

and ensures reproducibility and consistency in production for every batch. |
